Taylor has lived in Lincoln since attending college. She graduated from Nebraska Wesleyan University with the highest distinction in 2019 with a Bachelor of Science in History-Social Science Education. Taylor has always been interested in educating and advocating for others. She graduated from the Nebraska College of Law in 2022 with a concentrated study in family law. During law school, she was a Semi-Finalist in the Frank & Lawson Client Counseling Competition and was a senior certified law student, giving her practical experience working with clients in difficult situations while she was still in school.
Taylor has dedicated her legal career to advocating for clients in all areas of family law and has represented clients in a variety of cases, including high-conflict divorces to complex custody issues.

Outside of work, Leisa enjoys spending time with her husband and three children. She also has a passion for travel, cooking, fitness and golf.
